Aircraft Maintenance Engineer | A&P · M1/M2 · TLA/TMA | B767/787 & A320 Family | 18 Years International Experience | Now Helping mechanics build global careers.

Angel Suarez

Most aircraft mechanics, Maintenance Engineers and aviation professionals feel stuck in their local market. They have the skill, but they don't have the roadmap to go international.

Over the last 18 years, I’ve navigated the bridge between South American, US (FAA), and Canadian (Transport Canada) licensing. I’ve worked heavy maintenance and Line on everything from General Aviation, the A320 family to the B787 Dreamliner.

Along the way, I realized that the biggest barrier to a global aviation career isn't your technical skill—it's the information gap regarding licensing conversions, type ratings, and international hiring. Currently I work in Canada for an amazing company.

I really would like to help other aircraft mechanics and engineers to accomplish their goals.

I’m an AME, an Aeronautical Engineer, and a Pilot. My goal is to help the mechanics build careers that aren't limited by borders.

What I’m working on:
✈️ International licensing roadmaps (FAA vs. TC vs. EASA)
🛠️ Career strategy for AMEs and A&P mechanics
🌎 Connecting top-tier talent with global MRO opportunities

Let’s connect. Whether you’re a mechanic looking for your next move or a hiring manager looking for curated talent, I’m happy to talk.
